Twoje zadania

Współpraca z globalnym zespołem jako specjalista ds. produktu Venafi
Aktywne uczestnictwo w identyfikacji ewentualnych braków w procesach SSH i SSL
Kierowanie procesem wdrażania zmian, dbając o ciągłe ulepszanie jakości danych
Pełnienie roli pierwszej linii eskalacji dla pozostałych członków zespołu
Reagowanie na pilne problemy produkcyjne wymagające wsparcia usług kryptograficznych
Wsparcie członków zespołu oraz współpraca z użytkownikami końcowymi w budowaniu rozwiązań dla nietypowych zapytań
Rozwiązywanie problemów z generowaniem certyfikatów i problemami z połączeniem między platformą Venafi TPP a docelowymi serwerami

Twoje umiejętności

Wykształcenie wyższe związane z obszarem informatyki, cyberbezpieczeństwa lub pokrewnym
Doświadczenie z platformą Venafi lub procesem zarządzania SSL/SSH
Zrozumienie zagadnień związanych z zarządzaniem infrastrukturą IT
Umiejętność identyfikacji problemów i skutecznej eskalacji
Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego
Chęć rozwijania się w obszarze kryptografii

Possible locations

Join our team as a Cryptographic Operations Specialist and participate in a new project supporting the cyber security of the bank's infrastructure. The project will focus on providing cryptographic services with a strong focus on SSH and SSL processes, supported through the Venafi Trust Protection platform.

Your role

Work with the global team as a Venafi product specialist
Actively participate in identifying potential deficiencies in SSH and SSL processes
Lead the change implementation process, ensuring continuous improvement of data quality
Acting as the first line of escalation for other team members
Responding to urgent production issues requiring cryptographic services support
Supporting team members and working with end users in building solutions to unusual requests
Troubleshoot certificate generation and connectivity issues between the Venafi TPP platform and target servers

Your skills

University degree related to IT, cyber security or related field
Experience with Venafi platform or SSL/SSH management process
Understanding of IT infrastructure management issues
Ability to identify issues and escalate effectively
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in the English language
Willingness to grow in the area of cryptography
