Twoje zadania

Wsparcie wdrażania cyfryzacji poprzez nowe narzędzia informatyczne
Identyfikacja potrzeb biznesowych
Współpraca z kierownikami projektów, międzynarodowymi zespołami inżynieryjnymi, IT, oraz działem zakupów
Nadzór nad dokumentacją projektową
Pełnienie roli punktu kontaktu dla pozostałych oddziałów
Udział w przygotowaniu dokumentacji przetargowej
Kontrola i nadzór nad budżetami oraz terminami projektu
Prowadzenie szkoleń dla pracowników w zakresie obsługi narzędzi projektowych

Twoje umiejętności

Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne na kierunku informatyka, automatyka lub pokrewne
Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia w obszarze wdrażania nowych narzędzi informatycznych w dziedzinie inżynierii lub przemysłu
Znajomość oprogramowania CAD oraz narzędzi 3D pozwalająca na swobodne odczytywanie rysunków i modeli
Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu licencjami oprogramowania inżynieryjnego
Doświadczenie w przeprowadzaniu analiz biznesowych
Znajomość narzędzi takich jak MS Project lub Primavera
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego i polskiego
Wymagane przebywanie na terenie Polski

As part of our Competence Center Engineering, we are looking for an experienced enthusiast of digital revolution in industry. The person in the described position will be responsible for the supervision and implementation of new IT investments at 3 industrial sites in the Silesian agglomeration.

If you have experience with software licenses in the industrial sector, and working with technical documentation in CAD tools is your everyday life - we are waiting for your application!

Your role

Support the implementation of digitization through new IT tools
Identifying business needs
Collaborate with project managers, international engineering, IT, and procurement teams
Overseeing project documentation
Acting as a point of contact for other divisions
Participate in the preparation of tender documentation
Control and oversee project budgets and deadlines
Conducting training for employees in the use of project tools

Your skills

University degree in computer science, automation or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the area of implementation of new IT tools in the field of engineering or industry
Familiarity with CAD software and 3D tools to be able to freely read drawings and models
Experience in managing engineering software licenses
Experience in performing business analysis
Knowledge of tools such as MS Project or Primavera
Very good knowledge of English and Polish language
Residency in Poland required
