As part of the Business Services Competency Center at Sii, we are running a project for our client from the banking sector. We are looking for an RPA Developer, who will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of software robots using Blue Prism technology. Onboarding will be carried out at an office located in Warsaw or Cracow and after the implementation period, it is possible to work partly remotely.

• Design, develop, test, and implement RPA robots for interaction with internal and third-party Client applications
• Drive continuous enhancement of software development best practices for optimal efficiency
• Ensure the reliability and compliance of deliverables with internal procedures, maintaining a high standard of quality
• Collaborate actively in harmonizing development practices across different locations
• Develop stream-based applications and services, focusing on innovation and scalability
• Conduct thorough testing, monitoring, and evaluation of solutions to guarantee optimal performance
• Generate comprehensive development documentation to facilitate understanding and future maintenance

• Minimum 2 years of development experience with RPA platforms, with a strong emphasis on Blue Prism (mandatory)
• Proficiency in other RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UIPath, and Power Automate
• Experience in programming languages like .NET, Java, Python
• Involvement in other AI-related technologies, including NLG, NLP, OCR, and Machine Learning
• Strong problem-solving skills and highly developed analytical abilities
• Fluent English and Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
