Become our ServiceNow Consultant and join our growing team to help design processes and consult clients on end-to-end solutions built on the ServiceNow platform. We are looking for candidates who would like to develop their product knowledge but also ones who work with global stakeholders across different workflows of products.

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be helping our customers in defining, designing, developing, or implementing business processes ensuring final success. Don't wait, apply!

Your role

  • Drive requirement gathering and analysis
  • Create user stories/ requirement specifications
  • Design and improve processes in various ServiceNow products
  • Serve as a process Subject-Matter Expert to the customer and members of the team
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and members of the team
  • Communicate requirements and act as a liaison between the customer and the development team
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Provide customer workshops, demos, and presentations

Your skills
  • Very good understanding of ServiceNow Platform architecture and products
  • Minimum 3 years in a consulting position, delivering software implementation engagements
  • At least 2 valid ServiceNow certificates
  • Proven track of product customizations or integrations, implementation, maintenance
  • Experience with JavaScript and business process modeling
  • Ability to produce documentation at various levels, including technical and customer-facing documentation
  • Knowledge of best practices in the IT industry
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile
  • Knowledge of NowCreate Service Implementation Management methodology
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
