His current role aims to establish a new Global Business Service Center in Gdansk, Poland with HR, Procurement, Order to Cash, and Finance/Accounting functions. Seasoned project manager and PMO manager with nearly a decade of experience in managing and implementing EU funded projects. Has worked in fintech industry, supporting succesful launch of lend-tech business within the Polish fintech environment. Currently in a position at the Center for Strategic Investments of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency with a strong focus on Business Services Sector. Supporting global and local investors in their journey to invest or reinvest in Poland by providing location advisory, guidance, counseling and post investment services. During his career in the Agency has so far succesfully supported nearly 40 investment projects. In private life happy father of two sons, likes to play snooker and to do some hiking once in a while.

Ryszard Pytko has been working at Sii Poland since February 2011. It is then that he started preparations for the opening of Sii Cracow – Sii’s fifth Polish branch. Under his management, the branch grew dynamically to win the yearly award for the best Sii site in 2016. Also, he led the Sii Katowice establishment project.
In March 2017, Ryszard was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer and is currently responsible for the sales strategy, processes, and management, as well as supervising the Recruitment Department and Delivery Centers. Work is both his passion and a source of satisfaction.
