• developing a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for a transactional bank in Sweden, 
• supporting a financial services client with cloud migration, application development, and AI implementation, involving a team of over 30 specialists.

Specialists are responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting server hardware and network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations, which are crucial for maximizing the data center’s uptime and efficiency.  

New Power People, office expansion, and strategic partnerships

Sii Sweden continues to grow, welcoming new specialists in key areas such as Testing, Data & Analytics, Embedded systems as well as Enterprise Platforms. The team has been reinforced by experts like: 

• Jimi Wikman, a seasoned Atlassian Architect with over 13 years of experience, extensive knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and the entire Atlassian ecosystem, supporting thousands of users, with more to come! . 
• Kevin Lagos Flores, an experienced Business Manager dedicated to building long-term client relationships and delivering service,s helping customers in their digital transformation.

– As part of our expansion, we are looking for an Account Development Executive to establish a new office in Gothenburg. This move will strengthen our local presence and allow us to be even closer to our customers and consultants in the region – comments Miguel Vergara, Managing Director at Sii Sweden.  

The Account Development Manager will take full ownership of building Sii’s footprint in Gothenburg – from developing client relationships and securing new business to recruiting key talent and setting up the local team. Ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in IT/R&D sales, with a strong focus on the automotive industry and a deep understanding of the regional market. 

Sii Sweden also expands cooperation with technology partners. In the testing domain, the company maintains a long-standing partnership with Tricentis, recently earning the Partner of the Year award for Central Europe and the Alps region. This recognition underscores the expertise in software testing and quality assurance. May will be the starting point for the local Tricentis Architect to start supporting Sii customers locally in Sweden.
