We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join a project supporting our customer's Service Integration and Management (SIAM) organization. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, enhancing, and providing operational support for the ServiceNow ITSM platform. You will work remotely, collaborating with a global team to maintain and evolve ITSM processes and workflows that effectively manage the client's global IT services and multivendor ecosystem.

Your tasks

  • Developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM solutions based on business and operational requirements
  • Implementing and enhancing ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management
  • Designing and configuring workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, notifications, and integrations
  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical ServiceNow solutions
  • Providing day-to-day platform support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Participating in root cause analysis and problem management activities
  • Performing system testing, defect resolution, release validation, and deployment support
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, service owners, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver platform enhancements
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with ServiceNow best practices, ITIL standards, security policies, and governance requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with ServiceNow development, administration, or ITSM consulting
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform customization
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices
  • Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and automation capabilities
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced level of English
  • Tax residency in Ukraine is required

Nice to have

  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with service management reporting and KPIs

  • Utföra systemtestning, felrättning, validering av releaser och stöd vid driftsättning
  • Samarbeta med intressenter, tjänsteägare och externa leverantörer för att samla krav och leverera plattformsförbättringar
  • Skapa och underhålla teknisk dokumentation, kunskapsartiklar och operativa rutiner
  • Säkerställa efterlevnad av ServiceNows bästa praxis, ITIL-standarder, säkerhetspolicys och styrningskrav

Krav

  • Minst 4 års erfarenhet av ServiceNow-utveckling, administration eller ITSM-konsultation
  • Praktisk erfarenhet av ServiceNow ITSM-moduler och plattformsanpassning
  • God förståelse för ITIL-processer och tjänstehanteringspraxis
  • Erfarenhet av JavaScript, ServiceNow-arbetsflöden, integrationer och automatiseringsmöjligheter
  • Starka analytiska, kommunikativa och problemlösande färdigheter
  • Avancerad nivå i engelska
  • Skatterättslig hemvist i Ukraina krävs

Bra att ha

  • Erfarenhet av agila metoder
  • Kännedom om tjänstehanteringsrapportering och KPI:er
