We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions with a strong focus on document-centric workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and Python-based backend development.

You will work closely with business and technology teams to build intelligent solutions that automate document processing, information extraction, knowledge retrieval, and workflow orchestration.

Your tasks

Designing and developing GenAI applications using modern LLMs and AI frameworks
Building and implementing Agentic AI workflows capable of multi-step reasoning and task execution
Developing document intelligence solutions for processing, extracting, summarizing, and analyzing structured and unstructured documents
Creating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge sources
Integrating AI solutions with internal applications, APIs, and business systems
Optimizing prompts, workflows, and model performance to improve accuracy and efficiency
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into scalable AI solutions
Ensuring solutions meet security, governance, and performance standards

Requirements

At least 5 years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on expertise in building applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration concepts
Strong understanding of document processing, document intelligence, and knowledge management solutions
Expertise in RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar technologies
Ability to integrate AI solutions with APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise business systems
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and fluent English proficiency (required)

Integrera AI-lösningar med interna applikationer, API:er och affärssystem
Optimera prompter, arbetsflöden och modellprestanda för att förbättra noggrannhet och effektivitet
Samarbeta med tvärfunktionella team för att förstå affärskrav och omsätta dem i skalbara AI-lösningar
Säkerställa att lösningarna uppfyller standarder för säkerhet, styrning och prestanda

Krav

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av mjukvaruutveckling med gedigna kunskaper i Python
Praktisk expertis inom utveckling av applikationer med generativ AI och stora språkmodeller (LLM)
Kunskap om Agentic AI-ramverk och koncept för multiagent-orkestrering
God förståelse för dokumenthantering, dokumentintelligens och lösningar för kunskapshantering
Expertis inom RAG-arkitekturer, vektordatabaser och inbäddningsmodeller
Vana vid AI-ramverk som LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI eller liknande tekniker
Förmåga att integrera AI-lösningar med API:er, molnplattformar och företagsaffärssystem
Utmärkta problemlösningsförmågor, starka kommunikationsförmågor och flytande engelska (krävs)
