We are hiring for a Control Manager role within the Chief Control Office, supporting enterprise-wide technology risk and control initiatives. The role focuses on governance, risk and control management, process design, operational oversight, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement of risk management frameworks. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and maintaining risk and control processes, supporting internal and external reporting, driving governance activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen operational controls and ensure consistent risk management practices across the technology organization.

Your tasks

Supporting the design and continuous improvement of risk and control management processes in line with organizational requirements, industry standards, and best practices
Measuring and monitoring risk and control management processes to ensure objectives and desired outcomes are achieved
Executing risk, control, and governance processes in a timely, consistent, and compliant manner
Identifying and escalating exceptions in risk and control processes to leadership and relevant stakeholders
Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Managing and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple lines of defence, including collecting feedback and providing operational support and guidance

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Technology Risk & Control Management, Governance, or Operational Risk
Strong understanding of Risk & Control Frameworks, including KCIs, KRIs, KPIs, risk assessment, governance, and compliance processes
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
Hands-on experience in process improvement, problem-solving, operational governance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Familiarity with GRC tools such as IBM OpenPages, ServiceNow GRC, or similar Governance, Risk & Compliance platforms
Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders

Att stödja utformningen och den kontinuerliga förbättringen av processer för risk- och kontrollhantering i enlighet med organisationens krav, branschstandarder och bästa praxis
Mäta och övervaka risk- och kontrollhanteringsprocesser för att säkerställa att mål och önskade resultat uppnås
Genomföra risk-, kontroll- och styrningsprocesser på ett punktligt, konsekvent och regelrätt sätt
Identifiera och eskalera avvikelser i risk- och kontrollprocesser till ledningen och berörda intressenter
Proaktivt identifiera möjligheter att förbättra befintliga processer och driva initiativ för kontinuerlig förbättring
Hantera och samarbeta med intressenter över flera försvarslinjer, inklusive att samla in feedback och ge operativt stöd och vägledning

Krav

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av hantering av tekniska risker och kontroller, styrning eller operativa risker
God förståelse för risk- och kontrollramverk, inklusive KCI, KRI, KPI, riskbedömning, styrning och efterlevnadsprocesser
Utmärkta färdigheter inom intressenthantering, kommunikation och interpersonella relationer, med förmåga att översätta tekniska begrepp till affärsvänligt språk
Praktisk erfarenhet av processförbättring, problemlösning, operativ styrning och att driva initiativ för kontinuerlig förbättring
Vana vid GRC-verktyg såsom IBM OpenPages, ServiceNow GRC eller liknande plattformar för styrning, riskhantering och regelefterlevnad
Flytande engelska (både skriftligt och muntligt) med förmåga att samarbeta effektivt med globala intressenter
