About the client
Sports streaming service belonging to the British company Perform Group. The DAZN platform is available to users from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Japan, USA, Canada, Brazil, and Italy.
The challenge
The client’s dissatisfaction with the quality, lack of improvement and cost of the testing services provided by the previous supplier.
What we did
We provided functional tests of the DAZN application distributed for about 20 devices: web browser, mobile, smart TVs, game consoles, and streaming gadgets. The team was involved in UAT for areas: streaming, content coherency, registration, and payments process. We cooperated in a distributed environment, communicating with specialists from Katowice and London.
Effects
The client was satisfied with both the cooperation and the services provided. The introduced optimizations led to cost reduction and our team found many previously unnoticed defects.
