About the client
mBank (former BRE BANK) is the third largest bank in Poland, operating on both the retail and corporate market.
The challenge
The client required support in verifying assumptions of the newly implemented program focused on software quality assurance. The requested service was due to verify currently used testing processes and produce remarks to the client’s testing strategy.
What we did
We delivered a test consulting service and performed the following activities:
- Review of Quality First program assumptions
- Analysis of customer’s test strategy and processes against best practices
- Preparation, in cooperation with the client, of the new software development process and test strategy
- Implementation of the new process for 5 teams from the retail department
Effects
With our service, the client was able to verify assumptions of the Quality First program, analyze the software delivery process, SDLC, and test strategy. Based on the delivered audit outcome, mBank initiated IT transformation focused on changes in the software delivery life cycle. With our help, the client prepared process changes roadmap implementation plan.
