The challenge
Our customer, one of the biggest insurance companies in CEE, requested Sii to source necessary competencies to handle the organizational challenge of a transforming its internal IT structures. We supported the company with our expertise and replaced many outdated, copyrighted IT systems with a uniform 3rd party Target Policy System, which enhances the sales feature.
What we did
Our specialists working on the Project were responsible for the analysis, implementation and testing of the business functionalities, capacity tests and integration of existing systems with the Target Policy System. Additionally, we managed small teams in line with the Scrum methodology.
Effects
Sii provided indispensable support to successfully complete the first stages of the project, which was delivered within the given scope and schedule.
