About the client
Polish Bank combining functions of both: an association and a commercial bank. It provides a wide range of services for over 30 years.
The challenge
- Setting up foreign exchange transactions of affiliated banks and corporate clients,
- lending to affiliated banks,
- handling deposits for affiliated banks and corporate clients,
- automated handling of tenders for NBP bills,
- generating financial reports.
What we did
- Service requests support,
- monthly reporting (errors and tasks handled),
- support with implementations, system monitoring, recommendations for the development,
- system development and modernization based on customer needs, changes in banking law and changes in satellite systems (e.g. financial and accounting system).
Effects
- System availability maintenance and ensuring its proper operation,
- maintaining financial liquidity of affiliated banks and the Client,
- increase of the bank’s income due to the possibility of servicing a larger number of transactions for serviced products.
