The challenge
The need was to implement an application that would replace manual order handling, increase the quality of data in computer systems enable the sending of feedback to customers.
What we did
We have automated fuel sales and supply chain management processesy implementing the e-Hurt system and integrating it with the SAP R/3 solution.
Effects
- Single application to place orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Data quality improvement.
- Effective communication channel – 50% of clients have given up the traditional channel fax + phone. The information is sent to customers directly from the system.
- Secure access to information about the current state of the accounts (balance, invoices, payments), to concessions, commercial agreements and information about products and promotions.
