The challenge
The Client decided to develop and improve their mobile application by introducing new functionalities through the use of a multi-platform approach.
What we did
- The self-organizing remote Xamarin team was created,
- we introduced several new functionalities and improvements in the operation of the application,
- development environment and approach were unified based on one universal hybrid platform.
Effects
- Higher quality of the delivered application,
- faster delivery of new features and time to market,
- possibility to use the application on three different mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows Phone),
- easier and cheaper application maintenance.
