About the client
Gdański Zarząd Dróg i Zieleni is an organizational and budgetary unit of the City of Gdańsk. GZDiZ has the function of managing the public roads within the administrative boundaries of Gdansk. In the GZDiZ structures, operates the Department of Municipal Waste Management.
The challenge
Building an image of GZDiZ through transparent communication with the inhabitants of Gdansk.
Centralisation of information and automation of the process of inhabitant’s service in the waste management.
What we did
- Analysis of the processes and procedures for waste management in GZDiZ.
- Design and performance of inhabitants service system, based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.
- Training the end users.
- Providing the implementation documentation:
- instructions for users,
- business process diagrams in BPMN 2.0,
- diagram of the relationship between the data in the system,
- description of prepared forms and fields.

- System supporting the waste management service in over 30 000 real estates.
- A unified flow of information from the inhabitants by GZDiZ to companies exporting waste.
- Automatic e-mail notifications to inhabitants in creating and closing submissions.
- Implementation of the system in the customer’s environment (on-premise licenses).
- Direct access to the system by external companies.
