Sii was responsible for 6 sets of drivers controlling the operation of a fully automated car paintshop. Sii engineers had to design the software for the drivers (Siemens S7) and also:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Put into operation all of the components of industrial automation integrated into the line (drive units, sensors, pneumatic equipment, motors, safety systems, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Put into operation human machine interfaces (HMI).<\/li>\n<li>Verify the correctness of electrical connections and peripheral device addressing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The team of engineers grew from 4 to 10 people, and is now fully operational and independent.<\/p>\n<h2>Effects<\/h2>\n<p>We are a stable and reliable provider of services associated with software and the commissioning of systems based on PLC. When carrying out projects, we closely follow the budget and time-schedule. We provide Client with\u00a0complex support in commissioning projects around the world.
