The requested service was due to verify currently used testing processes and produce remarks to the client\u2019s testing strategy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>We delivered a test consulting service and performed the following activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review of Quality First program assumptions<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of customer\u2019s test strategy and processes against best practices<\/li>\n<li>Preparation, in cooperation with the client, of the new software development process and test strategy<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of the new process for 5 teams from the retail department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Effects<\/h2>\n<p>With our service, the client was able to verify assumptions of the Quality First program, analyze the software delivery process, SDLC, and test strategy. Based on the delivered audit outcome, mBank initiated IT transformation focused on changes in the software delivery life cycle.
