Data can be found in SAP while Excel is used for manipulation and checks. Uploading back to SAP is a serious challenge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Checked the robot\u2019s capability of working with SAP &amp; Excel<\/li>\n<li>Analyzed the process and taught the robot to recognize it based on test scenarios and test data provided by the customer\u2019s team<\/li>\n<li>Went through tests step by step<\/li>\n<li>Involved the process owner in robotization and made them the robot\u2019s keeper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Effects<\/h2>\n<p>Fast and fully automatic data upload from Excel to proper SAP entities, depending on a variety of conditions and alternative paths.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The challenge The purchase dept works with a huge number of product indexes, especially price changes.
