To guarantee high SLA parameters for the system and ensure manufacturing potential to make the required modifications, the Ministry needed a reliable technology partner to support their operations.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>We took charge of the maintenance and development of the KRK system, prepared the team, established detailed procedures related to the maintenance and development of the project with the client as well as recognized and mastered the technologies used in the project.<\/p>\n<p>We gained the trust of the Ministry of Justice and solid references.<\/p>\n<h2>Effect<\/h2>\n<p>We provided support services for subsystems, databases and interfaces creating the KRK system&#8217;s diverse technological ecosystem; we ensured the high availability of the system by operating 24\/7\/365.
