Norlys needed to create a\u00a0<strong>unified self-care system\u00a0<\/strong>to replace different platforms used before the merge.<br \/>\nThe new system required also a new\u00a0<strong>back-office solution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Sii members of the project team worked closely with Norlys on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>business analysis,<\/li>\n<li>system architecture,<\/li>\n<li>software development and testing,<\/li>\n<li>organizing code quality control procedures,<\/li>\n<li>test automation for integrations with backend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Overall Sii team performance was supervised by Sii Service Delivery Manager.<\/p>\n<h2>Effects<\/h2>\n<p>Delivery time:\u00a0Nov 2019-Apr 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Norlys\u2019 customers enjoy now a new system with functionalities such as usage chart, list of invoices, or profile and identity management.
