We are a team of more than 60 experts working with international clients in the following industries: pharmaceutical, hi-tech, banking, food, retail, and more. As a Tricentis implementation partner and re-seller, we offer comprehensive testing solutions, service support, and training.

Your role

  • Promoting and selling business solutions based on Tricentis Continuous Testing Platform: Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad, LiveCopmare, Tricentis DI, etc.
  • Taking direct responsibility for creating a profitable book of clients
  • Conducting market analysis, target, and engagement identification
  • Generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and following up on the clients' requests
  • Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis
  • Cooperating with the Marketing Department on the organization of business events (conferences, workshops)
  • Collaborating with Performance and Tricentis Architects in terms of conducting client Demos, PoCs, or PoVs
  • Working together with Delivery Managers and Resource Managers in terms of implementing new services for clients
  • Teaming with Tricentis – our business partner

Your skills
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the B2B segment
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes (marketing, sales)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Familiarity with sales and negotiations techniques
  • Full professional proficiency in English, allowing cooperation with international business partners
  • Skills in preparing offers and business presentations
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Readiness for business trips and owning a driving license
  • German language would be a plus
