IT Operations is a Competency Center responsible for the implementation of tasks and projects in the area of maintenance of workstations and mobile devices: computers, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers (DELL, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Samsung), servers, operating systems, networks (Windows, Linux, CISCO, Azure, AWS), databases (SQL, Oracle), applications (SCCM, ServiceNow, Zabbix, O365, D365).

Join us as a Data Center Technician and get a chance to support our client in Warsaw! The role requires an on-site presence in a Data Center environment.

• Focus on technical support
• Provide break-fix support for new rack deployment
• Deal with incident management support for sustained operations
• Perform any DC-related activity: e.g. replace or configure a network device or a server, perform a power cycle, and patch management/cabling
• Assist L3 tech or local tech services leadership in generating periodic reports per client specification
• Participate in failure analysis within the Data Center environment

• Working knowledge of Windows Server OS, WinPE OS administration, and Linux PXE services
• 2-3 years of equivalent experience in a Data Center environment
• General desktop hardware and software knowledge, including basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and Apple OS
• Basic mechanical skills and understanding of electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows scripting is preferred
• Fluent level of English
